Email reaches a person, not a ticket queue that nobody reads. Including the right details in the first message is usually the difference between an answer and a round trip.

Before you write

What to include

We cannot look up an account from a name alone, and chasing details adds a day to every reply. Including these up front usually gets the issue resolved in one message.

  • Your registered email address

The one the account was created with. If you are writing from a different address, say so.

  • The transaction reference

For anything about a deposit, withdrawal or earning, copy the reference from your transaction history.

  • The transaction hash

For a deposit that has not appeared, the on-chain hash and the network you sent on.

  • What you expected to happen

And what happened instead. A screenshot of the screen you were on is worth several paragraphs.

What we will never ask you for

No member of our team will ever ask for your password, a verification code from your email, remote access to your device, or a transfer to a "temporary" or "verification" address. Any message requesting those things is not from us, however convincing it looks. If you receive one, forward it to support@bullish.jo3.org rather than replying to it.
