Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Bullish UK platform, operated by BULLISH UK SERVICES LTD (company number 08846965), registered in the United Kingdom. By creating an account you agree to them in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You may hold one account only, and you must complete identity verification before funding it.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your password and email account secure. Notify us immediately at support@bullish.jo3.org if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend any account we reasonably believe to be compromised, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms.

3. Deposits

• Deposits are accepted in USDT only.
• You must send funds to the exact address and network shown in your dashboard. Funds sent to any other address, or on the wrong network, cannot be recovered.
• A deposit activates a plan only once an administrator has confirmed the transaction on-chain.
• The deposited principal funds your plan. It is not a withdrawable cash balance.

4. Earnings

Each plan quotes a target weekly return. That figure is divided across seven days and credited to your account balance daily. Target returns are not guaranteed and may be varied or suspended. Every credit is recorded as a dated entry in your transaction ledger.

5. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may be requested once per 7 days.
• You must hold an approved identity check and an active plan.
• You must have at least 2 qualified referrals, as defined on your withdrawal page.
• Requests are reviewed before payment. We may request further information before releasing funds.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the payout address you supply.

6. Referrals

Referral codes must not be promoted through spam, misleading claims, or any guarantee of returns. We may withhold referral benefits and close accounts that breach this clause.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful purpose, nor attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

8. Risk

Digital-asset trading carries significant risk, including total loss of capital. Nothing on this platform is investment, tax or legal advice. Read our risk disclosure before depositing.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms, plan parameters and withdrawal rules. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised date. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
